I'm buying a Cross Trainer and wanted to know how long I should work out for (details included)...?
I'm 5ft7.4", 15 Years old and classified as obese.
I want some tips of how long I should be using my Cross Trainer for. Apparently my heart rate shouldn't exceed 105bpm, is this right?
I'm looking to loose quite a lot of weight, but I don't generally exercise much at all so can anyone recommend how long I should spend on my cross trainer per week?
Anything is helpful.

Everyday start with a 10 minute workout, drink water do not dehydrate
then 2 weeks later increase your workout to 15 mintes and so on by 5 minutes every 2 weeks until your working out 30 minutes per day.
The when you're at that level only work out 4 days per week. Too much is never enough.
