What can I do to train to get Upper Body strength and train to gain muscle all through in my legs?

What types of excersises can I do at home or at the gym that will help me to gain upper body strength and muscle in my legs besides just running, or will running help more?

Running wont really build leg muscles. It's cardio. The best way to add leg musclje is Leg Press. Squats are also very good. Then to isolate each part of your legs do lex extensions (quads) leg curls (hamstrings) and calf raises (calves). To build upper body strength you wanna be doing compound exercises (exercises that involve many muscle groups). Do Flat Bench press to build chest and triceps. Do seated cable rows to build back and biceps. Also do upright rows to work back shoulders traps and biceps. And do dumbell Shoulder Press to work shoulders and triceps. the best workout without weights is pullups. It works almost every muscle in your upper body. change the grip you use to work the muscles differently. also do pushups to work the chest and triceps (nt used much in pullups). The only variation of pushups you need is where you put your feet up on a chair or something to invole your upper chest and shoulders more. Hope I helped.
